So difficult to start training again. Pregnancy and recovery period after makes it total of almost one year with no exercise (I did yoga for pregnant women though). So I have been desperately searching for motivation and a good workout plan to get back in shape. And I think I found it! It appears that Nike has developed a great app that can be used as your personal trainer at no costs. I have now commited to the one month training program with 3 workouts and 2 running sessions per week. The beginning was tough, but the more workouts you complete, the more you are waiting for the next one!
